ideas, turnkey solutions and contract manufacturing mark our identity. Molded
Dimensions
was set up in 1986 to develop and supply world class quality rubber
components for automotive and industrial applications. Our goal
is to be the complete source for customers for our value added
Contract Manufacturing services. We offer a wide assortment of
components employing various polymers ranging from Natural,
Synthetic, EPDM, Neoprene, Nitrile and Silicones.
Our
dedicated
efforts of more than 20 years in the industry have enabled us to
carve a niche in the manufacture of customized products as per the
specifications laid down by the customers.

is to continue to produce quality goods employing selected materials,
to maintain high standards, timely deliveries and yet continue to be
cost effective.
Infrastructure
For
consistent
production, we have a well laid-out plant equipped with latest
production equipment backed by a sophisticated in-house testing
laboratory. The plant is managed by a team of well qualified and
trained professionals.

Quality Assurance
We
have an in-house physical and chemical testing laboratory to check
and test each
batch of the components.
A
well qualified QC staff ensures:
- Stage-wise quality control during the production
process
- Apart from the physical and dimensional checks,
the finished products undergo various tests to ensure that the
products meet the designed characteristics, viz. mechanical strength,
dimensional stability under various conditions of time, temperature and
stress including resistance to atmosphere, oils, chemicals,
etc.
